Largest bulk of watches, especially those for men have plain features but this is why many men go more for features and brand appeal rather than bling or designer look like women.
Standing out from the crowd though is what some Men want and this is easier said than done if one is restricted to the usual gold or silver, everything looks the same and not particularly that different from brand to brand.
One solution around this challenge is to make wider your choice by targeting mens watches designed for certain purposes further than just telling time. Some good examples are dive watches, those designed for divers, or ones designed for aviation and used by pilots. You might not dive or pilot a plan but having a watch with these features will make your watch stand out.
These range of watches, by requirement do have features that make them more visible. And even though some models may be way over the top for your specific purpose here, many are far less obtrusive, while still making a personal statement.
The big question is what kind of statement do you want to make?. Perhaps something like – I have a life outside my office! Or perhaps you’re an extreme sports participant, or something of a risk-taker. At the very least people may wonder what sort of things you get up to outside of work!
When you are next in the market and you want to buy a watch for yourself or want to get one for a guy, why not think a bit out of the box and select something that is different and might change peoples perception of you during the process.
